What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Act as the vocal point in analyzing business user requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions align with existing applications at Bank Saqu.
  • Ensure project delivery meets agreed timelines with high-quality standards.
  • Provide support in resolving defects/errors and ensure proper solutions are implemented.
  • Collaborate closely with business users and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects are executed with proper governance and complete documentation.

What Is Required And What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (professional IT certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, PMP are a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in IT or business/system analysis, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven track record of handling supply chain financing projects (minimum 2 projects).
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and managing applications that require 24x7 availability.
