Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales department with business processes, including quotation preparation, contract drafting, order follow-up, and invoice issuance.
Manage and maintain business documents, correspondence, and records between clients and internal departments.
Track supplier and logistics progress to ensure on-time delivery of goods, documents, and payments.
Coordinate pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales business support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collect and analyze market and competitor information to provide data support for sales strategies and price adjustments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Management, International Trade, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related office software.
• Possess strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, with attention to detail and clear organization.
• Capable of cross-department collaboration and multitasking, able to maintain efficiency under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
