As our Sales Capability and RTM Manager, you’ll shape how our field force performs — ensuring every team member has the skill, structure, and clarity to win consistently in a fast-evolving market.

Responsibilities

Active: What You’ll Own

  • Sales Capability Development
  • Map current capability levels across all sales teams and define clear skill benchmarks by function (MT, GT, Distributor).
  • Design and deliver capability programs that translate directly into higher field execution quality and productivity.
  • Build measurable learning systems that link to OKRs and performance reviews.
  • Route-to-Market Strategy & Implementation
  • Lead the design and refinement of the national RTM framework aligned with business priorities.
  • Ensure channel coverage, distribution, and resource allocation are optimized based on current business realities.
  • Partner with Commercial Finance and Trade Marketing to align RTM with profitability and channel growth goals.
  • Training & Sales Excellence Framework
  • Build and maintain a structured sales training calendar across onboarding, refresher, and leadership levels.
  • Create standardized tools, templates, and playbooks for execution excellence.
  • Support managers in coaching routines and performance reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with HR, Commercial Finance, and Sales Leadership to integrate learning and performance processes.
  • Provide structured reports and insights to leadership on capability progress and RTM impact.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
  • 100% of sales team capability mapped with individualized development plans in place.
  • Minimum 80% completion of key capability modules with measurable improvement in field KPIs.
  • New RTM plan launched, fully adopted across all sales regions, showing tangible coverage and efficiency gains.
  • Training and capability processes integrated into company OKR and performance system.
Requirements
  • Have proven experience in sales capability, sales operations, or route-to-market strategy within FMCG or consumer industries for minimum of 5 years
  • Can turn strategy into practical, repeatable systems that scale fast.
  • Thrive in lean, high-speed environments where ownership and precision matter more than hierarchy.
  • Communicate clearly, act independently, and build trust across functions.
  • Enjoy blending structured analytics with on-ground business understanding.
