RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, especially Japanese clients.
Coordinate and respond promptly to inquiries from Japanese agents and customers, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Translate customer inquiries, technical documents, or procedures from Japanese to English to facilitate internal understanding and coordination.
Review technical inquiries from customers and prepare quotations based on specifications and client requirements.
Conduct and support technical meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions with customers and internal teams.
Ensure all sales processes from inquiry to order delivery are well managed, documented, and aligned with customer expectations.
Provide technical support and propose solutions to meet customer needs or resolve issues efficiently.
Report sales activities, customer feedback, and target achievements regularly to the sales Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) with a minimum JLPT N3 certificate.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales.
Background in fabrication, manufacturing, or Engineering services is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
