Position Title: Full Stack Developer – HRMS Solution

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development and enhancement of our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, experience in cloud deployment, and a deep understanding of HR systems, data migration, and data protection practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end HRMS solutions covering employee management, payroll, attendance, and analytics modules.
- Develop scalable back-end architecture and integrate front-end interfaces for optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with business and HR teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement data migration strategies from legacy HR systems to new platforms, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR).
- Manage deployment and maintenance on cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend improvements for continuous system enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proven experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or ) and back-end technologies , Python, PHP, or Java).
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience working with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Prior involvement in HR or payroll software development is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of data security, encryption, and protection standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Experience with API integration between HRMS modules and third-party systems (e.g., finance, ERP).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD pipeline management.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
