JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and develop Project department.
  • Plan and monitoring all project activity to make sure all the project finish within deadline and budget.
  • Monitoring all work design and checking all material spesification on contract.
  • Make monthly report also evaluate all the target, progress and achievement.
  • Make all the budget proposal.
  • Coordinate to landlord and Mall PIC for project matters.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum A Bachelor from Civil Engineering or Architect.
  • At least 10 years experiences as Engineer / project for Restaurant / Hotel or Kitchen Equipment Vendor with at least 5 years in managerial position with more than 15 subordinates.
  • Experience in making RAB and analyse the budget.
  • Experience in make project schedule.
  • Smart and creative, also want to learn new things.
  • Positive attitude and highly driven.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good coordination, willing to make a decision, and responsible.

  • Good knowledge about civil engineering, mechanical electrical and plumbing.
