JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and develop Project department.
- Plan and monitoring all project activity to make sure all the project finish within deadline and budget.
- Monitoring all work design and checking all material spesification on contract.
- Make monthly report also evaluate all the target, progress and achievement.
- Make all the budget proposal.
- Coordinate to landlord and Mall PIC for project matters.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum A Bachelor from Civil Engineering or Architect.
- At least 10 years experiences as Engineer / project for Restaurant / Hotel or Kitchen Equipment Vendor with at least 5 years in managerial position with more than 15 subordinates.
- Experience in making RAB and analyse the budget.
- Experience in make project schedule.
- Smart and creative, also want to learn new things.
- Positive attitude and highly driven.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good coordination, willing to make a decision, and responsible.
Good knowledge about civil engineering, mechanical electrical and plumbing.
