Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Tangerang. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing desktop computers, and offering help desk support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving technical problems, configuring desktop systems, and assisting with IT-related inquiries to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
  • Help Desk Support proficiency
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Tangerang
  • Relevant certifications and experience in IT support are beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is advantageous
