Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating logistics activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, and optimizing operational processes. They will also support strategic planning, monitor performance metrics, and handle communication with clients and partners. The Assistant Manager is expected to maintain high standards of customer service and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.

Qualifications

Support

  • Assist the Director in developing and implementing organizational strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide analysis, reports, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Monitor performance indicators and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects to achieve KPI objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff to enhance efficiency and capability.

Communication & Coordination

  • Facilitate smooth communication between senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Represent the Director at meetings and events when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or industry related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Related Software (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Mandarin Minimum Requirement:
    HSK 5
    (Speaking, Typing, Translating and Comprehensive)
