CFO of The Group
(Location Base in Surabaya)

Our company is a diversified holding company with multiple manufacturing subsidiaries. As we continue to expand , we seek for a mature, experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer ( CFO)to lead our financial operations to support the company continuously growth an expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting/Business Accounting or related field. MBA , CPA/CFA Preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of senior financial leadership role experience, ideally in manufacturing company or group holding structure
  • Proven track record in strategic finance management, corporate finance, capital management, PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with CEO, Boards and senior leadership team
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills with experience managing multi entities
  • Strong communication and partnership capabilities to engage with bank, investors and external stake holders
  • International finance experience Preferred
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations is and advantage
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Group's financial planning, reporting, analysis, controlling function
  • Partner with  CEO and Board to provide strategic financial insight and recommendation
  • Oversee tax, treasury, funding, cash flow management and capital allocation /structure to support growth/ expansion and investment projects
  • Manage group consolidation, financial governance and risk management in compliance with Indonesian regulations
  • Drive profitability improvement, cost efficiency , cash flow optimization and performance of investment across the subsidiaries and affiliate
  • Develop and strengthen financial policies, internal control and governance system across the entities
  • Lead, mentor and built a capable finance team that support long term company sustainable growth
