A well-established restaurant group specializing in Western cuisine is seeking an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of staff training programs. Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Identify training needs and skill gaps through performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work closely with Operations and HR departments to ensure consistent brand and service standards across all outlets.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and career development of existing staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a training or people development role, preferably within the restaurant or F&B industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to design engaging training programs and deliver them effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people development.
