Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator Staff based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Office Administrator Staff will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, organizing office systems, and ensuring smooth office workflows. The role involves supporting staff with administrative tasks, managing office equipment, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external parties as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
- Experience managing and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to handle multitasking and organizational duties efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant office software and tools is advantageous
- Prior experience in administrative or office management roles is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification preferred
