The Role:
We're looking for a forward-thinking Creative Director to lead the creative vision for our digital platforms and new product design for accessories
You'll be responsible for shaping how our brand shows up online — through compelling web experiences, product storytelling, and cohesive visual identity — while also driving the creative direction of new product concepts, packaging, and user experience.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, design, technology, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Creative Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the creative direction for the accessories category - digital and product design initiatives.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into bold, functional, and beautiful design outcomes.
- Lead and mentor designers to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.
- Project management of product launch timelines and design resourcing
Web & Digital Experience
- Oversee category's creative design for website, e-commerce platforms, landing pages, and microsites.
- Ensure cohesive UI/UX that enhances brand storytelling and user engagement.
- Collaborate with developers and marketers to optimize design performance and conversion.
- Continuously evolve the brand's digital design system and creative assets.
New Product Design & Innovation
- Work closely with the product team to conceptualize, design, and launch new products — from early sketches to final prototypes.
- Oversee packaging, naming, and product storytelling to ensure creative alignment with brand identity.
- Conduct creative research and trend analysis to inspire product direction and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, operations teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful launch of products - overseeing creation of ads and potentially retail POSMs
- Review and refine creative briefs, ensuring clear direction and deliverable alignment.
- Maintain a high bar for visual quality and brand expression across all channels.
About You:
- 6-8 years of experience in creative or art direction, with strong exposure to digital/web design and product design.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and visual storytelling.
- Experienced in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker who combines strategy with execution — able to turn ideas into market-ready visuals.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and loves building from the ground up.
- High Proficiency in english
- Ability to use 3D rendering software like Blender is a plus
