Job Description

Lead and monitor daily architectural work progress (
finishing
, details, etc.).
Ensure work quality meets established standards and technical specifications (RKS)
Resolve technical issues and discrepancies on-site (
troubleshooting
).
Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports.
Monitor the inventory and usage of architectural materials.

Requirements

Min. Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Architecture
Min. 2 years of experience in Architecture/Construction as a Site Supervisor or Field Controller
Mandatory proficiency
in
AutoCAD
and
SketchUp
Ability to read and interpret detailed Working Drawings (
Shop Drawings
)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Willing to be placed in
Subang, West Java
