About the Assignment: (Job desc)
Merchant Operation Admin will track, monitor and update merchant content according to the project and verify
incoming data and report. Candidates will need to report their activities and results to their manager on a daily basis.
The Core Objectives: (Day to day BAU)
Merchant content checking and update
Manage and validating incoming data
Report activity and activities result on daily basis
Solve issues related to merchants on daily operations
Essential Experience / Criteria: (Pengalaman)
Bachelor's degree
Have 1+ year experience in operation or field ops administration is plus point
Fluently in English is an additional point
Good communication skill / able to work with other stakeholders
Ability on time management and handling multiple tasks
Placement in Yogyakarta
Self-driven & strong attention To Detail
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Docs (Document, Spreadsheet, Slides)
Can operate excel or Google Sheets formula (IF, SUMIFS, Pivot, Vlookup, IMPORTRANGE, etc)
