Responsibilities
- Compiling regular reports (including but not limited to Issuer's Annual Report, List of Securities Holders Report, Use of Funds Report, and others) as the Issuer to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Indonesian Central Securities Depository, and OJK Capital Market Supervisory Agency.
- Preparing incidental reports (disclosure of information reports, material transaction reports, and others) to the Indonesia Stock Exchange through IDX-net.
- Drafting responses, answers, and other correspondence in response to requests from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and other parties.
- Managing the conduct of Annual and Incidental Public Exposures: Agenda & Presentation Materials : Q&A sessions & Meeting Minutes, Media Handling, etc.
- Managing the organization of Annual/Extraordinary Bondholders' Meetings (RUPO):Agenda & Presentation Materials : Q&A sessions & Meeting Minutes, Media Handling
- Conducting research on the latest regulations and requirements in the capital market field and initiating compliance with them in the Company.
- Documenting all archives and documents of Corporate Secretary activities on a routine basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law/Management
- Proficient in English
- Understanding of OJK Capital Market regulations (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the Corporate Secretary field in a public company/issuer
- Experience working in the financial sector (bank/non-bank)
