What you'll be doing
· Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
· Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
· Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local requirements.
· Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
· Identify risks, provide solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.
What we're looking for
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in construction/property development).
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results.
· Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
· Willing to be placed in Karawang.
