Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Operations: Responsible for following up on customer shipping orders and handling exceptions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback.
  • Based on key issues and trends identified in customer feedback, propose corresponding improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements:

  • Majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Marketing are preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin professional level.
  • Experience at least 2 years in customer service on logistic industry
  • Willing to work at Sidoarjo, East Java
