Responsibilities:
- Key Account Operations: Responsible for following up on customer shipping orders and handling exceptions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Based on key issues and trends identified in customer feedback, propose corresponding improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements:
- Majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Marketing are preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin professional level.
- Experience at least 2 years in customer service on logistic industry
- Willing to work at Sidoarjo, East Java
