Job Description:

Support product operations, including setting up email templates, marketing notifications, and in-app content.
Maintain accurate product documentation and SOPs.
Monitor and analyze product data to generate insights and regular reports.
Assist in testing new features, tracking bugs, and ensuring smooth product releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product workflows and improvements.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support ongoing projects.
Organize and maintain digital archives and product-related records for easy access.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in product, IT, or data-related roles.
Background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Grafana).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
