About Goasaya Goasaya is a luxury dining destination in PIK 2, combining modern culinary artistry with rich cultural storytelling. We're looking for a skilled Chef de Partie – Dessert / Pastry to join our core team and bring refined dessert creations to life ahead of our November grand opening.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dessert and pastry items according to recipes and plating standards.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef to develop and refine dessert presentations.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and precision in every component.
- Ensure proper mise en place, storage, and cleanliness of the pastry section.
- Support production during menu development, photoshoots, and service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as CDP or Demi Chef in pastry / dessert (fine dining or luxury hotel).
- Skilled in modern plating and dessert techniques.
- Creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Able to start immediately and work full-time at PIK 2.
