Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing and controlling chemical usage in shoe production, leading chemical process improvements, evaluating bonding performance, conducting tests and trials for new products, and managing chemical internal audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in chemical engineering within the footwear or related manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of adhesive/paint technology, testing laboratories, and chemical engineering tools used in footwear production
- Experienced in team supervision and project coordination
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority
- Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang
