About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Golden Cup Printing in Kendal, Central Java. As our Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production processes that meet our high-quality standards. This is a full-time position based in our state-of-the-art facility.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer orders and business objectives
- Optimising production workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitoring and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Managing and leading a team of production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless operations
- Continuously exploring new technologies and best practices to enhance our manufacturing capabilities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving productivity
- Have experiance operating Offset Printing, Fail Stamping dam Die Cutting Machine
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
