Job Description:

  • Serves as L1, L2 in receiving, analyzing, following up, resolving and closing all user tickets
  • Handling all end user device problems (Laptop, Pc, Printer, HP, Tablet)
  • Creating, managing, follow up  IT Infra SOP, contract and licenses
  • Support day to day regional team
  • Compare IT Assets in the unit with IT Assets inventory in the SAVE and BMC application
  • Perform routine re-inventory IT Asset
  • Support all HO users and units

Job Qualification:

  • Preferable someone with related work/internship experience, fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
  • Familiar with Email, Office, Visio, Flow process
  • Familiar handling end user device issue (laptop, PC, tablet, Handphone, printer)
  • Discipline, have good attitude, and good communication skill
  • Have good analytical and able to adapt quickly
  • Fast response and able to follow up things if needed
  • Willing to work overtime if needed
  • Thorough and likes work related to data
  • Willing to work at Karawaci, Tangerang
