Cove Eco Resort Raja Ampat that located in Pulau Yeben, Kepulauan Raja Ampat is looking for Reservation Specialist and Admin. This position will be based in Bali with the possibility to travel to the resort in Raja Ampat and work directly with the owners.
Responsibilities:
- Processing applications for new reservations or confirming changes to existing reservations
- Coordinating with travel agencies to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and are in accordance with the agency's policies
- Interacting with customers to answer questions about rates, special offers, or other topics related to their travel plans
- Answering questions from customers about available accommodations, special offers, and other questions about travel plans
- Reviewing and updating information in the reservation systems
- Preparing reports detailing sales activity or other relevant information related to reservations
- Obtaining payment from customers for reservations made over the phone or online
- Coordinating with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, etc. to ensure that reservations are fulfilled properly
- Maintaining customer records such as contact information, travel history, and preferences
Qualifications:
- Work experience: 2 years in the same positions in the hospitality industry
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Tech savvy with high understanding of computer programs (such as Ms Office)
