Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Sales Execution

  • Conduct sales activities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and performance goals.

  • Actively expand and manage the client portfolio within the designated territory.

  • Engage in client meetings, initiate cold calls, and perform site visits to generate qualified sales leads.

  • Deliver persuasive technical and commercial presentations to potential clients.

  • Prepare precise proposals and quotations with assistance from the Sales Administration and Technical Support teams.

  • Participate in tender processes and oversee project bidding activities.

  • Lead negotiations concerning pricing, contract terms, and conditions.

  • Monitor project schedules and maintain close communication with clients.

  • Track delivery milestones and ensure timely follow-ups to uphold client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate and facilitate client visits, factory tours, and site inspections.

  • Manage contract modifications, change orders, and associated documentation.

  • Business Development and Market Expansion

  • Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and engineering associations.

  • Analyze competitors’ activities and market developments to enhance the company’s market positioning.

  • Reporting

  • Prepare and submit monthly reports covering sales forecasts, confirmed orders, and project progress updates.


Requirements
  • Local applicants (male/female) are encouraged to apply.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in sales or technical marketing within the infrastructure or construction industries, possessing at least one year of relevant experience. Experience in steel structures or pre-engineered steel buildings is particularly advantageous.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, Technical Architecture, or related technical disciplines.

  • Knowledge of industrial building systems and awareness of key market players and competitors.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, capable of reading and working with AutoCAD drawings, and fluent in both English and Chinese communication.

  • Demonstrated strengths in time management, prioritization, strategic planning and execution, negotiation, customer persuasion, problem-solving, and sound decision-making.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Strong customer focus with an emphasis on quality and building enduring client relationships.
