Requirements Hard Skills
  • 8 years of experience in Marketing and 3 - 5 years a strategic marketing role (Fashion / FMCG / Lifestyle)
  • Proven success in running integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end process: market research, brand strategy, media buying, and community building
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, Marketplace, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset and growth-oriented execution
  • Experienced in creative campaigns (UGC, collaborations, brand activations)
  • Strong network with KOLs, media, and communities
Soft Skills
  • Fast thinker, agile, and decisive
  • Able to lead and motivate Gen Z teams effectively
