Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly preferred
At least 5 years of work experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading banking or financial software development projects
Deep understanding of banking systems, such as KYC, financial crime or regulatory compliance platforms
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (i.e, Waterfall, Agile)
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional and cross-regional teams on complex IT Projects
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Strong analytical, problem-solving solving and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal & written communication in English and ability to provide clear and concise reports to senior management
