Sour Sally Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Internal Audit Manager
to oversee and manage all internal audit activities across our business units. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying potential risks, and recommending improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant internal audit experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Solid understanding of internal audit practices, risk management, internal controls, and operational procedures (experience in F&B or retail is a plus).
- Strong analytical thinking, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present audit results clearly to top management.
- High level of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
- Conduct regular audits across all business functions (including outlets, finance, operations, and warehouse).
- Evaluate compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and relevant regulations.
- Analyze systems, processes, and controls to identify inefficiencies, risks, or potential fraud.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to management.
