Responsibility :

  • Brand Strategy & Development

Define brand vision, mission, and positioning to ensure differentiation in the market.

Develop brand architecture (portfolio structure, hero SKUs, sub-brands, product lines).

Conduct competitive analysis and market trend studies to anticipate opportunities and threats.

Translate consumer insights into brand concepts, product ideas, and innovation pipelines.

Establish brand guidelines (tone of voice, key visuals, identity, story) to ensure consistency.

2. Product Conceptualization & Innovation

Collaborate with R&D, product development, and packaging teams to create products that deliver on the brand promise.

Lead ideation workshops, concept testing, and consumer validation studies.

Drive new product launches (from concept → formulation → packaging → positioning).

Monitor product lifecycle and identify reformulation, relaunch, or discontinuation needs.

Qualification :

  • Candidate must Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Brand Manager field is required for this position, especially Personal Care, Toiletries, Hair Care, Cosmetics
  • Deep understanding of brand DNA, category, and consumer psychology.
  • Able to translate insights into long-term roadmaps, competitive plays, and differentiated positioning.
  • Hands-on in building new products, campaigns, and identity elements that expand the brand's footprint.
