Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields from a reputable university
Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
Strong time management and analytical skills
Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, .NET) is a plus
Skilled in designing databases and/or API schemas
Hands-on experience in software development and technical documentation

Responsibilities:

Analyze business/system requirements and propose effective solutions
Collaborate with developers by providing system documentation (use cases, ERD, flowcharts, UML/BPMN diagrams)
Design and improve system components in coordination with the IT team
Stay up to date with trends in software development and system analysis
Perform issue diagnosis and coordinate fixes with the IT Ops team
Engage in continuous learning and professional development
