Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with experiences handling office building or manufacture
- Min 10 years as practitioner experience as Building Manager, Facility Engineer or in a similar role
- Fluent in English both spoken & written
- Strong experiences in handle troubleshooting in utility
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Have Greenship Professional Certification preferred
- Have BOMA certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible as subject matter expert, ensuring technical service delivery meets an accountable for SLA-driven service delivery driven and operational excellence standards.
- Responsible for end-to-end engineering processes, best practice implementation, and complex troubleshooting, the role drives
- Ensure service quality, compliance, and efficiency while aligning technical solutions with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
- Design solution models for ad hoc needs from the Segment to improve technical team performance
- Develop strategic plans for operational and technical process improvement
- Create and implement technical teamwork programs to enhance team capabilities
- Plan, assess, and review technical skill capabilities, including skill matrix implementation
- Coordinate system repairs and monitor overall system performance
- Plan and manage budgets to support operational requirements
- Conduct maintenance planning and allocate staffing for facilities and equipment at each site
- Lead and provide on-site advisory support as a trouble-shooting authority for CE issues
- Responsible with the health, safety & environment implementation in their daily work and their work area within the organization
- Ensure and reminder all subordinates didn't involve in all anti bribery practices in their daily work
