About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Specialist to support our growing manufacturing operations in Indonesia. This role is ideal for a local professional who is fluent in Chinese and passionate about building efficient HR and administrative processes in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local hires in the manufacturing sector.

-Handle employee relations, including onboarding, contracts, and BPJS (social security) administration.

-Support daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth site functioning.

-Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.

-Serve as a cultural and linguistic bridge between Chinese management and local Indonesian staff.

Requirements

-MUST be able to speak Mandarin, English is a plus

-Experience: 3+ years in HR and administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

-Knowledge of local labor laws and BPJS procedures.

-Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and office management.

-Strong communication and cross-cultural coordination skills.
