Minimum D3/S1 in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office software.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling meeting logistics.
Able to work under pressure.
