Job Description
- Overseeing all regional responsibilities including target sell-out/value, sell-through, strategic planning, human resources, branding, data analysis, sales programs, and stock management
- Responsible for direct communication with management regarding market trends, competitor analysis, and internal/external situations, providing advice or solutions until positive results are achieved
- Engaging in direct communication and negotiation with dealers/partners to achieve positive outcomes
- Handling internal and external problem-solving as a region owner
- Supporting all divisions within Huawei to enhance business in the region
- Understanding how to build region revenue by focusing on specific products, and optimizing handling and support within the region
Requirement
- Goal-driven and results-oriented
- Experience as an area or regional manager in the smartphone industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
- Proactive problem solver, actively executing plans
- Proficient in market and data analysis, with a strong ability to forecast regional business
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, listening) is essential
- Leading as a region owner, not just providing support
