Requirements:

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations and customer service best practices
  • Highly disciplined, honest, well-organized, well groomed and proactive
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a must (preferably coffee shop)
  • Resides in the South Jakarta area / East Jakarta area

Responsibility:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent guest experience
  • Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high service and food quality standards
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Support inventory management, including ordering and stock control
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members
