Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations and customer service best practices
- Highly disciplined, honest, well-organized, well groomed and proactive
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a must (preferably coffee shop)
- Resides in the South Jakarta area / East Jakarta area
Responsibility:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent guest experience
- Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high service and food quality standards
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Support inventory management, including ordering and stock control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
