Job Description

  • Oversee the complete IT asset lifecycle: validation, issuance, transfer, return, and disposal.
  • Ensure all operations requests are fulfilled completely and delivered on time, coordinating closely with value chain stakeholders (First Mile, Last Mile, Sorting Center, etc.), operation team, project teams, etc.
  • Maintain and continuously update the nationwide IT asset tracker using Google Sheets with high data integrity.
  • Consolidate and validate forecasts from each value chain (First Mile, Last Mile, Sorting Center, etc.) to ensure requests are justified and aligned with operational priorities.
  • Prepare and manage the annual IT asset budget in coordination with FP&A, Procurement, and Cost Control.
  • Monitor and analyze spending vs. budget, highlight risks, and recommend cost-saving actions.
  • Lead project-based improvements to: reduce damage and loss, improve asset utilization, accelerate rebalancing/reallocation between facilities, and ensure full asset fulfillment and readiness.
  • Coordinate with IT Helpdesk and vendors for repair, replacement, and warranty claims.
  • Prepare monthly reports on asset availability, utilization, loss rate, and turnaround time.
  • Enforce compliance in asset custody, handover, and audit-readiness processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory operations, or planning.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale IT asset portfolios (thousands of units nationwide).
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders: ops, FP&A, procurement, and operations. etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot, data validation)
