Job DescriptionThis role will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web & mobile applications by leveraging both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, the role is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions, ensure code quality, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

- Bachelor degree in information technology from a top university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Have experience in developing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
- Deep understanding of back-end technologies such as , and popular frameworks like Express.
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React.
- Extensive experience with database systems such as MySQL.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team.
- Willing to work on-site and full-time in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
