Key Account Executive – Surabaya

Location: Surabaya, East Java

Job Description

  • Promote and market UPS products and services to potential customers in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company services.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare business proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong network within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
  • Possess a valid SIM A (driving license).
  • Willing to work on Saturdays.
  • Placement: Surabaya, East Java.
