Key Account Executive – Surabaya
Location: Surabaya, East Java
Job Description
- Promote and market UPS products and services to potential customers in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company services.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare business proposals and contracts.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Strong network within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Possess a valid SIM A (driving license).
- Willing to work on Saturdays.
- Placement: Surabaya, East Java.
