Jobdesc:

Design, develop, test, and maintain windows desktop applications using VB.Net , Crystal Report and SQL Server.
Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and perform data operations.
Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Support to all other departments with any IT system development & maintenance related issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in debugging and troubleshooting issues.

Qualification:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application development.
Good understanding of desktop application programming concepts and logical thinking.
Familiarity with VB.Net and Windows Forms.
Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server (complex queries, stored procedures, table design).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in ERP Application is a must.
Deep understanding of ERP modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Accounting) and POS systems.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings.
