Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of Accounting
- Have a minimum 4 years of working experiences as Process Excellence, preferably in retail or in start-up company
- Prior experience of working as auditor is a plus
- Able to adapt in a fast paced environment and fast growing company
- A problem solver, good team player, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent in interpersonal, communication, and analytical skill
- Proficient in Ms. Office
Responsibilities:
- Perform the business process assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend process development
- Establish, implement, and monitor Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for all business processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements in process designs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with cross division during process development lifecycle
- Provide guidance and training related to the new SOP or new business process implementation that has developed
