We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Planning
- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support the Founder and management team with timely financial insights and recommendations
Accounting & Reporting
- Lead end-to-end accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS)
- Maintain accurate accounting data, reports, and documentation across systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient financial operations and data flow between departments
Tax & Compliance
- Manage all tax obligations (PPN, PPh, and other local taxes) and ensure timely submission
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed
- Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and ensure company compliance
- Prepare and maintain all required tax documentation and reports
- Min. 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax Management
- Proven track record in preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Deep understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPN, PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, etc.)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, Jurnal, or SAP)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Odoo ERP (Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, or Sales modules)
- DTC brands, startups, or manufacturing
- Financial modeling and business analytics using Google Sheets or Data Studio
- Automating workflows using low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Apps Script)
