What you'll do:

As Head of Human Resources Services, you will be entrusted with leading the overall operations of the HR tower within a dynamic Shared Services Centre environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing complex service delivery processes that span multiple countries while ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders-such as regional People & Culture teams-and external partners including vendors and consultants. By leveraging your deep knowledge of HR best practices and advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, you will deliver timely insights that inform strategic decisions.   • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of transactional HR services such as payroll processing, contract administration, recruitment administration, and employee lifecycle support across multiple countries.
  • Ensure operational continuity by monitoring daily task queues, resolving escalations promptly, and maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness.
  • Act as the primary interface between Shared Services operations and People & Culture Business Partner teams to ensure alignment on priorities and performance standards.
  • Coordinate resource planning across geographically dispersed teams to meet business needs and manage seasonal fluctuations effectively.
  • Define, monitor, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all HR service categories, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and internal controls.
  • Generate comprehensive operational reports and dashboards using data analysis tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement robust internal controls in payroll, contract issuance, and data handling processes while partnering with Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams for regular reviews.
  • Build a cohesive HR delivery team by driving engagement through coaching, structured feedback sessions, regular training programmes, and cross-training opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence by encouraging continuous process improvement methodologies throughout the Shared Services Centre.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by adhering to environmental standards and contributing to cost control measures through energy conservation and responsible resource management.

To excel as Head of Human Resources Services you will bring extensive experience managing complex HR shared services operations across multiple geographies. Your background should include significant exposure to transactional HR processes as well as hands-on involvement with compliance frameworks relevant to international environments.   • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions including payroll processing, contract administration, recruitment administration, employee lifecycle management, compliance frameworks, and SLA management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to engage effectively across different time zones, languages, suppliers, hotels, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems or Payroll platforms along with strong command of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel or Power BI for generating actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail combined with accuracy in reporting metrics for performance reviews or audit readiness purposes.
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies within large-scale service delivery environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in building cohesive teams through coaching, structured feedback mechanisms, regular training sessions, cross-training plans, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
