Administration Staff (Fluent in English)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks and documentation
  • Manage correspondence and communication in English
  • Prepare and organize reports, files, and schedules
  • Support internal coordination between departments
  • Assist management in daily operational needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, accurate, and able to work independently
  • Experience in administrative work is preferred
