Administration Staff (Fluent in English)
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks and documentation
- Manage correspondence and communication in English
- Prepare and organize reports, files, and schedules
- Support internal coordination between departments
- Assist management in daily operational needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, accurate, and able to work independently
- Experience in administrative work is preferred
