Role Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Human Capital & General Affairs (HC & GA) Supervisor to oversee and support daily HC and GA operations,
Preferably with Experience in the F&B Sector
. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, efficient general affairs management, and strong coordination across departments. The position requires solid operational understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both people-related and facility-related matters professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as HC & GA Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, HR information systems, Legal, and administrative procedures.
- Experience in General Affairs responsibilities such as procurement coordination, asset management, and facility operations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficient in preparing reports, documentation, and managing operational tools or software.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and accountable in handling confidential information.
