Responsibilities:
- Visit customers daily to give product detailing, share and review trade programs, check product availability at customers, and assist customers in tracking orders.
- Coordinate with ASM and exclusive salesman of distributors every week.
- Monitor sales performance, including exclusive salesman of distributors, and give guidance and advice to the exclusive salesman of distributors to enable them to achieve the target.
- Responsible for discussing and reviewing the programs with distributors, joining visits with distributors, and checking and updating stocks at distributors.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales performance and trade programs.
- Follow-up rewards for customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum hold Diploma in any field
- Have at least 4 years of sales experience, explicitly handling outlets, Apotek channel, GT channel, midwives channel or local key accounts.
- Familiar with respective areas.
