What You'll Do
- Drive and implement HSE programs across our manufacturing operations.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure proactive safety measures.
- Lead safety trainings, inspections, and awareness campaigns.
- Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build a strong safety-first culture.
What We're Looking For
-Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Environmental/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE (manufacturing background preferred).
-Knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations; AK3U certification is a plus.
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-driven mindset.
