to join our growing hospital network. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resource operations within our subsidiaries and business units — both operational and support functions — including
workforce planning, management, development, and performance evaluation

Qualifications:
- Willing to be placed in any hospital or business unit under the
BMHS Group
. - Bachelor's degree in
Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management
, or other relevant fields. - Minimum
3 years of experience
as an HR Generalist, preferably in the
healthcare or hospital industry
. - Strong knowledge and experience in
recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, industrial relations, compensation, and benefits
. - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
