About the role
FKS Group is seeking an experienced Technical & Institutional Sales Senior Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time position will be based in Jakarta Raya and will play a crucial role in driving sales and growing our client base.
What you'll be doing
- Handle institutional tenders, especially those from overseas, and support domestic institutional tenders to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support export activities related to food engineering aspects, including product specifications, product labeling, product development, and related documentation, as well as assist in handling complaints related to these matters to help achieve export sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Manage contract manufacturing (maklon) requests from international companies/buyers to ensure smooth production and delivery processes, supporting the company's business performance in line with established targets.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or institutional sales role
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining institutional clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand complex products and solutions
- Proficient in preparing and delivering high-impact sales presentations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify sales trends
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering
