Job Description:

1. Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Oversight

  • Define and uphold clinical guidelines, protocols, and compliance standards across teleconsultation, pharmacy, and homecare.
  • Lead quality audits and risk assessments, ensuring high patient safety standards and adherence to regulations.
  • Monitor key quality metrics, investigate adverse events, and implement corrective actions.

2. Regulatory & Compliance Leadership

  • Understand Indonesian healthcare laws, telemedicine regulations, and global healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with legal, policy, and regulatory teams to align operations with evolving regulations.
  • Oversee medication safety, prescription accuracy, and ethical medical practices.

3. Data-Driven Decision-Making & Technology Integration

  • Leverage data analytics and clinical insights to enhance doctor performance, patient outcomes, and service quality.
  • Provide clinical oversight in integrating emerging technologies, including AI, ensuring they enhance patient care.
  • Guide medical teams in adapting to evolving healthcare technologies, supporting efficiency without compromising clinical integrity.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Service Optimization

  • Work closely with Heads of Operations (Teleconsultation, Pharmacy, Homecare) to balance clinical excellence with operational efficiency.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to refine telehealth workflows and digital healthcare solutions.
  • Support the development of new service offerings, such as chronic disease management, mental health, and specialized care programs.

5. Medical Governance & Ethical Leadership

  • Chair and participate in Medical Committees, ensuring medical governance and patient-centric decision-making.
  • Establish a structured doctor performance review system to uphold quality and accountability.
  • Provide strategic oversight for training programs, while operational teams manage execution to support ongoing clinician development.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD/MBBS) is required. A postgraduate degree in healthcare management, public health, or medical informatics is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical leadership, healthcare operations, or regulatory roles, including 3-5 years in digital health, telemedicine, or health-tech.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations, telehealth policies, and international medical compliance standards.
  • Experience with healthcare quality assurance, patient safety frameworks, and medical ethics.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven healthcare solutions (telehealth, AI-driven clinical decision-making, digital health services).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across medical, operational, and product teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
