Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Engineer to support our Project Management team in our Head Office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project administration, documentation, quality assurance, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

• Project Control & Reporting: Manage and update key documents including the Master Deliverable Register (MDR), Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports (WPR/MPR) with S-curves, and the Project Execution Plan.
• Contract & Claim Management: Assist the Project Manager with contract follow-up, client progress claims, invoice requests, and essential contract administration.
• Quality & Standards: Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan and HSE procedures. Liaise with QA/QC and the Client Representative on all quality matters.
• Coordination & Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for Interface Management; ensure smooth communication between technical disciplines and client requirements.
• Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate project meetings, prepare detailed presentations, and accurately generate Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Generate CTRs: Support the team in generating Cost Time Resource (CTR) documents.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the Oil & Gas Consultant sector.
• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Skills: Strong Project Management Skills, self-management, high-initiative, and excellent attention to detail.
• Language: Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Placement: Willing to be placed at the Head Office in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
